What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation refunds work in tiers. Cancel 180 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel between 61 and 179 days for a 47% refund. Within 60 days of arrival, no refund. A 12-hour grace period applies after booking if your arrival is at least 33 days and 8 hours away. For specifics, call +1 (616) 319-3545.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome at every property. Please let us know when you book so we can make sure the home is set up for them. Other pets aren't allowed.
